Fari and Jerrell - at Blue Heron Pines

Fari contacted me all the way from Washington state about her and Jerrell’s wedding. They were planning a wonderfully intimate summer wedding at Blue Heron Pines golf club. The running joke we kept referred to how cold, blustery, sleety and miserable it was on the day we met in February for a site walk through. It certainly was the opposite in August!

With me second shooting for the day was Amber. Amber has a knack for elegant posing, and I was super happy to have her on this wedding session. We started out separately, since Fari and Jerrell didn’t want to see each other before the ceremony, but once we caught up for some extra bridal portraits, we started bouncing great ideas off each other. I couldn’t have been happier with how the day unfolded for us all - until sunset, that is! We had picked out our spot way back in February, and it certainly didn’t disappoint!
